Join Becca of Berkana Song Wellness for a special outdoor sound bath surrounded by thousands of beautiful sunflowers at Kelly Family Farms.
This evening is an invitation to slow down, settle into your body, and reconnect with yourself through the practice of deep listening. As you rest beneath the open sky, you'll be immersed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, woven together with the natural sounds of the farm. Birds, the breeze, and the gentle rhythms of nature become part of the experience, creating space for deep rest, reflection, and relaxation.
Come as you are and step away from the busyness of everyday life for an evening of stillness among the sunflowers. No prior experience with meditation or sound baths is needed. Everyone is welcome.
